My quick testing it worked fine, also the one person who tried it and reported back said it worked for them so it should work for all. As in box links will automatically be redirected to the working mobile version of the site from now on without you having to do anything. So, I studied the difference between the desktop box link and the mobile version. However, this isn’t exactly convenient if you don’t have a mobile device or a lot of available storage on your device (plus having to transfer files, etc.) For whatever reason the “mobile” version isn’t blocking the downloads. It’s been discovered that dead/inactive box links can be downloaded on mobile android devices like tablets or phones.
