Even the toggle is working fine for me now, (I've assigned INSERT as my toggle key).ĮDIT - To stop having to remove these three. Only downside is that even if you remove them and click OK, after a restart it reverts back to what I presume is the default and those three. So as a test I removed them from there, and OSD started working instantly. Surely you'd want to INCLUDE those in monitoring? Found this really odd as you will notice that BF3.exe, BF4.exe and BF4_x86.exe are listed in there. exe files that were EXCLUDED from framerate monitoring. This will open the following box :įound a thread on the EVGA forums, ( ) and some guy on there said that this was a list of. If you hover over it, you'll see it's called " EVGA Precision X 16 Server v5.2.0", as below : Once you've started Precision X 16, you'll also notice in your task bar you have an additional EVGA icon. Same issue occurred, only in Insurgency.Ok to solve the BF4 OSD issue seems you have to do the following. Some reviews I've read stated that the coil whine dissipates over time.ĭo any of you have similar experiences or suggestions? Also any OC tips you have would be appreciated! I use EVGA Precision X 16.Įdit: I forgot to mention that I also tried having only the GPU overclocked without any memory OC. So I've switched to onboard audio and it's fine so far. When the 970 runs at full usage I can hear crackling. One other thing I noticed is the coil whine is not very loud, however, my sound card (X-Fi Fatality) is in a PCI-E slot directly next to the video card. Now I don't need to OC for this game so it's not the end of the world, but I found it odd. If I disable the video card overclock it runs fine. What's odd though, is for some reason when I play Insurgency, it will crash after 30-45 minutes. Same goes for BF4, runs solid no crashes.

I have ran these settings for a solid hour in Unigine Heaven with no crashes or artifacting. +100 GPU (for 1505 total boost) +375 Mem (for 3881 total) +18mV overvoltage So I spent a few hours and have come up with what I believe to be my optimal/most stable overclock. I always like to benchmark and performance test my video cards shortly after trying them out. I had a question regarding overclocking my EVGA 970 FTW.
